Millennium Park
The 2,500 sq. m house in the Millennium Park settlement was designed by Julia Marcos “from scratch,” meaning all layout solutions, the facade, and interiors were conceived and implemented by the author (with the participation of a structural engineer and an architect). The task was to make the house in the shape of the letter “L” with panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful plot, with some windows facing the road and none facing the neighboring house. The project was created for a large, active family (this is the third house designed by Julia for these clients). The house features a swimming pool, spa area, home theater, playrooms, a pottery workshop, billiard room, tennis court, and even a genuine shooting range with numerous types of firearms. Many furniture pieces were created according to the designer’s sketches specifically for this interior, as were the bas-relief in the pool and three enormous chandeliers. It has already become a tradition, initiated by the author, to create a separate zone for the eldest son with its own entrance to the outdoors (this was done in all projects for this family). The daughters’ rooms, guest rooms, and the parents’ bedroom are located on the second floor.
