“Pontos Plaza Hotel” in Essentuki Resort

Five star hotel in the Essentuki resort occupies a huge area. In the centre of the complex is the pavilion built in 1910, to which an eclectic five-story hotel building is attached. In the historical part there is now a banquet hall. Julia Markos had the task to fully design all the premises of the hotel – the front entrance, restaurants, public areas, rooms. The rooms differ in style – the second and fourth floors are decorated modern, the third in the classical styles. Despite the enormous size of the complex and the remoteness of the facility, the work was completed within a year.
